Yoga Therapy 

Yoga therapy is incorporated on an individualized basis based on need and interest.  Including yoga and meditation in treatment often increases body safety, and therefore overall well-being.  It activates the learning process of empowered embodiment Yoga therapy is often incorporated best with anxiety, trauma, eating issues and combinations but is indicated with most issues, because it has direct effects on the way the brain works.
